Will is one of the maintenance guys and there’s never been a maintenance issue that has not been addressed in a timely manner. The property manager is also a great individual that is very understanding and does what needs to be done. Not to mention my daughter loves her as well. Michelle is the leasing consultant and she consistently goes beyond the call of duty to appease the residents.
To cap all of these aspects off, the staff makes it all worthwhile. The trash shoot is parallel to my door and easy to get to as well.
All of that appliances are up to date and easy to maintain. My fiancé, daughter and me share a two bedroom apartment that features a large living room and kitchen that has a section that gives you a small dining room feel. These rooms are always kept clean and in great standards. Being that I do work out, I appreciate the fitness room on days I can’t make it to the gym. There’s a swimming pool, a fitness room, a study room and laundry that’s accessible on a consistent bases. The amenities alone makes the stay worth while. I’ve been living in the Flamingo for going on a year and it has been a relatively satisfying experience. The pool is really nice during the summer. Overall: this is a great place to live if you don't mind getting your hands dirty to get everything cleaned up when you first move in. Similarly, they don't seem to deep clean the apartments between tenants, so be ready for gross bathroom floor grout and mold in the bathtub, insane grease buildup on the cabinets in the kitchen, filthy windows, etc. The apartments clearly are not fully repainted between tenants and the paint is patchy and peeling. They just updated their laundry room to have seven washers and dryers.Ĭons: It can take management a really long time to address major issues, for instance it took years for them to fix the laundry room.
There's a really decent gym with basic weights and cardio equipment which is kept fairly clean.

Pros: fairly clean common areas, minimal pests, elevator, nice views, friendly staff, full sized appliances, pool, rent is a bit high but close to a fair price.
